    Difference among SMD2835, SMD3528, SMD5050, SMD5630, SMD5730(SMD5630)
According to the type of lamp beads, it is generally divided into: SMD2835, SMD3528, SMD5050, SMD5630, SMD 5730 And so on.
    SMD LED Lights

Combined with the LED Strip Lights product series, we have compiled a complete comparison table, you can clearly see that the difference between each series and Available Colors

LED packages types are designated by four digit codes such as 3528, 5050, 3030 and 2835. The first two digits refer to the width of the package, while the last two digits refer to its length, in tenths of a millimeter. So for example, a 3528 LED package has a width of 3.5 mm, and a length of 2.8 mm.

The power difference between different LED packages types:

    SMD3528 (rated 0.06W/LED)/SMD2835 (rated 0.2W/LED)/SMD5050 (rated 0.2W/LED)/SMD5730/5630 (rated 0.5W/LED)/SMD3014 (rated 0.1W/LED)/SMD4014 (rated 0.2W/LED)/SMD3030 (rated 1W/LED)/SMD5050 RGB (rated 0.2W/LED)/SMD5050 RGBW (rated 0.2W/LED)/SMD5050 Dual White (rated 0.2W/LED)

LED Strip Light Color Temperature Brightness

LED Strip Lights color temperature definition.Color temperature is a way to describe the color of the light emitted by a light source. It is measured in Kelvin degrees, with a lower color temperature of warm yellowish red and a higher color temperature of blue.Different environmental requirements, color temperature requirements and colors of LED Strip Light are also what we need to consider most of the time.

    LED Strip Light Color Temperature

The color temperature mentioned here is based on white. We can distinguish white into pure white, cool white, and warm white. Here are some common color temperatures and reference points that you should be familiar with:
    1900K: Candlelight
2700K: incandescent light bulb (warm white)
    3000K: halogen bulb
    4000K: "Neutral White" fluorescent bulb
6500K: "Daylight White" fluorescent bulb; natural lighting (cold white)

When selecting LED Strip Lights, there is no single "best" color temperature. This is because for each type of application, a different type of light is required. Here are the most commonly used color temperatures and their potential uses:

2700K: Ideal for bedrooms and other indoor applications that require a warm, charming atmosphere
3000K: 3000K color temperature LED strips can bring benefits to areas that require a little power. Museums, galleries, restaurants, hotels and other high-end spaces are also ideal for this color temperature.
4000K: Most retail equipment and stores are good places to install 4000K. Generally, it is considered the midpoint between warm white and cool white. If you don't like the harshness of cool white but want to avoid too much yellow in warm white space, this is a good compromise.
6500K: Applications that need to simulate natural light should use 6500K. Film, photography and industrial applications should fall into this category.

How to Installation LED Strip Lights

Step 1: Double check your lights before cutting or installing. ...
Step 2: Take Measurements and Make Cuts. ...
    Step 3: Preparing the Strip-to-Power Connection. ...
Step 4: Connecting two lengths of LED strips with strip-to-strip connector. ...
Step 5: Combining strips with Strip-to-Strip "no wire" connectors.
